The ideen.manufaktur is now official certified by the IHK for employing apprentice workers. Beginning with the 1st september this year two new collegues will start their apprenticeship in digital media design. Our new collegues are facing an all-round and miscellanious training mainly in design and technic to enable them being part of our daily routine after a short time. Reliability, responsability and the ability to work in teams will be the three big parts of this apprenticeship from the beginning.

We are very happy to take another step fighting the shortage of skilled people and fulfil our obligation for the society in 2011. Read more

Concepting, 3D and Execution

It is finally there! The latest issue of CrystEngComm, a journal specialised in fluidcrystal-engeneering. You don’t want us to go into details here.

As we have announced earlier in our blog, we have created this cover in cooperation with the university of Delft in the Netherlands. The final image is a 3D generated and rendered scene that illustrates the operating mode of the process described in the issues leading article.

For the TU Delft we got the chance to familiarise with the secrets of molecular christal technologies.  The magazines release is in march 2011 – with the cover page we realised in collaboration with the smart guys from the Netherlands.
